String of Lights’ lead Heather Stewart will share some of the philosophy, breathing and vocalization techniques that have helped her as a musician, learned in her journey to become a certified instructor of Kundalini Yoga. Attendees will go through a series of movement and breathing exercises to open the body and build the breath – the power behind your voice! The workshop will include a meditative exploration of story, song and connection to stoke the creative fires. No special equipment is needed; just wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
